hi would my corsair 750w sli ready psu be enough to power 2 gtx 275's in sli.
and if i can will be to risky, if so i think i will go with 2 gtx 260's.

That depends on the rest of your system, dual GTX275's at default clockspeeds are going to require about 440w under load.
