Gtx 650 ti or hd 7850 1gb for 1366x768?

On newegg i have the choice of a gtx 650 ti for 159.99 an it comes with assassins creed 3(which i really want) or i can get the saphire 7850 1gb for 174.99 but w/ a $15 mail-in rebate. Note that the resolution isnt that high so will either card make a difference?

If i didnt say it already i do really want ac3.

Either will be fine at that resolution.

I would consider the 7850 slightly more future-proof as it OCs better.

Either card is acceptable for that low of a resolution, though if the 7850 is only $15 more, then I'd say go ahead and get it because it's much faster than the 650 Ti.

I do want to get a 1080p monitor sometime but my current monitor will last me a good year or two. Will there be any difference AT ALL with either cards?

As already stated, the 7850 is faster and also OCs pretty well. So yes, there is a difference but at that resolution, I doubt it's noticable much.

hmm.....yes i do agree with everyone, HD 7850 will do more good than GTX 650Ti.

But i read somewhere that after effects can be hacked to run ray tracing on unsupported nvidia cards like GTX 650Ti.

U may reconsider if u use after effects.
