GTX 660, GTX 760, or GTX 960?

Good day! I'm having a hard time choosing a gpu at the moment since the cheapest 1050Ti is at Php10,000(191USD). I got no choice but to go on second hand gpus. I only have a budget of Php4,000(76USD). And I already have canvassed the following gpus:

• 
  All gpus are used/ second hand.
  * GTX 660 2gb Php 3,000 (57USD) (w/ 1 month shop warranty, reputable physical shop)
  *GTX 760 2gb Php 4,000(76USD) (w/ 1 month shop warranty, reputable physical shop)
  *GTX 960 2gb between Php 5,000(95USD)- Php6,000(114USD) (from a single, no-shop seller, meetup, probably only 1 week warranty)

current setup
i5 3470
8gb HyperX
128gb ssd

I currently have a GTX 560. I can play PUBG at 1080p, 30fps but sometimes fps drop when in combat. I'm planning to get a 10 series card in the future when prices drop. This gpu purchase probably temporary until the mining craze gets off. Any suggestions is also accepted. Thanks for your HELP.

Well, obviously the 960 > 760 > 660 > 560. So if performance is your main criteria, then the answer should pretty easy.

Yea, but I want to know if the extra bucks would be worth it for the performance of the next.

$19? $38? For me it would be. Check out some you tube videos of those cards and PUBG.
