Gtx 750ti in Dell Optiplex 990

Hi guys, so i recently decided that i want to add a gpu in my old dell optiplex 990 to use it for schoolwork, programming and gaming on games like bo3(ofc not max settings) and my pc is running an i3 2100 and i dont want to replace the cpu for now, i was just thinking about my a mini gtx 750ti snd putting it in there, would it work?

Yes, it does have the necessary slot for it. However, I'd root around inside your machine, as I don't know if the parts are soldered or not. Also, you'll probably need a psu upgrade.

No it does not need a 6 pin and ive seen people do the same thing as me but with a 230w psu and i calculated my wattage use and i only use about 110
