Question GTX 970 on 450w power supply can it run???

Hi guys I am new to this site,anway I wanted to ask you question
I m planning to buy GTX 950 Windforce to upgrade my PC I have 450w power supply with no LED lights and that kinds of power wasters so will I be able to run GTX 950 with 450w power supply???Thanks in the advance,
