Question Half of Samsung's 43-inch monitor is darker

Half of Samsung's 43-inch smart monitor (M7) is darker. I tested the monitor settings and it didn't change anything. Is it a hardware or software problem?

The Model is Samsung S43BM700UM. I bought it and using it for a year, I guess it's stillunder warranty for 6 month!
Do you think it gets worse if I use it in this way because it's not that bad while I'm using it, but I noticed it when i was draging a white window and realized it gets brighter to the left!

We can't contact directly to Samsung because I'm in Iran actually and the company I bought it they don't have this model anymore...! and I'm not sure if they accept it or not!​

If you start the RMA process now it doesn't really matter what happens to it in the meantime as long as you do no intentional damage.

Not actually, I'm using the original HDMI cable that came with the package, but I have an older and I guess better HDMI cable , I would try! My GPU is RTX 3070, do you think Display port cable is better?

I prefer DP over HDMI. Try both.

As long as the packets are getting through the cable you aren't likely to see discoloration being the result so consistently. Looks like a bad or failing backlight or driver circuit. Perhaps something worse like delamination of a layer.

Could also just be a loose cable inside the monitor, but if it is under warranty, best to let Samsung take a crack at it.
