Question Hard Drive at 100% despite game being on SSD

So right now, when I have a game open for a long period of time, it shows my HDD Disc usage is at 100% and it causes my system to lag. But the weird thing is neither Windows nor the game are on the HDD. They're on my 240GB SSD. Any clue why this is happening?

So I turned off Virtual Memory completely and that didn't solve the problem surprisingly. It's a bit hard for me to unplug the hard drive so I didnt try that. But I'll look into it more. Do you have anymore ideas?

No your biggest test will be to unplug the hard drive and see what happens when you play
