Question Having some problems portforwarding

I tried port forwarding, but when trying to access my router via my IP it says my access is forbidden - "Rejected request from RFC1918 IP to public server address "
How to fix?

from a different network?
That could be a firewall problem.
Do you have the server open when you tried to do that?

No im connected to my own network

It is a server my bad
I wanna portforward - 25565 (typical minecraft server port)

What is your router?
Then send me a screenshot of the portforwarding setup.

I contacted my ISP and got everything fixed and explained

Am surprised ur ISP would help you with that, but hey, whatever works.

Basically I have a premium router from my ISP and it had some type of protection, which meant that only ISP could log into my router
