Hdd files doubt

I have installed windows 10 on my hdd at that time i used p8h61 mlx and i3 2120 if i change my proscessor and mobo will i need to format and install windows again
Please help

Yes, not only that you will need a new license if you replace your motherboard as Windows 10 ties itself to the board.

The only exception is if you purchased a Retail copy of Windows 10 in the box.
