[SOLVED] HDD to USB

Hello,
my laptop just broke and there is no way to fix it. I had 2 partitions, primary: C and D where i keept all my stuff. I heard it is possible to transfer them from the HDD to my PC.
Broken Laptop: Toshiba Satellite C50D-A-12R
