Question HDD usage goes up to 100 after my pc is not able to start.

Hello, so the other the day my (desktop)pc turn off completely while I was using it, afterwards, it refused to start, I tried some basic stuff like checking plugs, turning the PSU on/off but nothing worked, so I decided to take the computer apart, clean it, and then try again, it worked, but whenever i leave the pc on and it "goes to sleep" it shuts itself down totally and I can't turn it on immediately, I have to wait a couple of minutes. On top of all that, most times after this, the disk usage goes up to 100% and it stays there for a long while, though there is not a process using that much disk (at least not that appears in the task manager), and of course it runs super laggy. Plus, sometimes after being shut down like this it doesn't display image to the monitor (no matter if the HDMI cable is connected to my GPU or my motherboard). So, my problems are:
-PC turning off after going to sleep.
-disk usage goes up to 100% after turning it down.
-PC no displaying image after this as well, at least for a couple of minutes.

Specs:
Motherboard: Asus M5A78L-M/USB3
CPU: Amd fx 6350
GPU: Nvidia gtx 1050ti
PSU thermltake tr2-500w
RAM: kingstone ddr3 2x4gb(I'll get the model as soon as i can)

Having full system specs, including make and model of PSU, would help.
