Hi, I have a question regarding getting more HDMI bandwidth with a GPU that only supports HDMI 2.0 when my 4k TV actually supports 2.1, was just wondering if I can use a HDMI to DP cable to get the full bandwidth of 2.1, or a DP to HDMI adapter for my graphics, card.
I went looking for a HDMI to DP cable but it said it only supported 4k 30hz. Unfortunately I cannot run my TV at 4K, 120hz and HDR at the same time.
Is there a way either of these 'adapter' solutions would work without upgrading to a HDMI 2.1 GPU on my PC?
Thank you!
