Is it possible to do hdmi to a tv watching netflix , while gaming on the same device . Netflix on the tv , while im playing a game

Absolutely. Connect one HDMI output to the TV and one to your main monitor. Go into settings and move the monitors around in multi monitor settings and then open chrome and move it to the TV and play netflix. Make sure the TV input is set to whatever input you have plugged into your PC.
Then open a game on your main monitor.
One thing you should watch out for though is that if your TV is 60Hz and your monitor is 144Hz, playing video on the 60Hz monitor may limit the 144Hz monitor to 60. I don't have that issue with my 144hz main/60hz secondary monitor, but you may. Just something to watch out for.

The other thing you can do is just play netflix on the tv itself so it's not taking anything away from your game.
