[SOLVED] Hearing with only one side of my headphones

Hello, my headphones work just fine in my other devices, and I have installed all the latest drives for my headphones. And what I have discovered is that when I test my headphone, both left and right sounds is heard in my left earpiece only(and none in right). Any solutions? Thanks

could you try to plug it in the back of case and check if sound setthings is set to stereo .
