Heat problems, fx 8350

Hi to everyone reading this.

PC SPECS :

-r9 290 reference
-fx 8350 with a Noctua NH-U9B cooler
-asrock fx 990 extreme 3, the motherboard
-Thermaltake Chaser A41 is the case
-1 top fan exhaust 200mm, 1 front fan 120mm intake, 1 bottom fan intake 120mm 1 rear fan exhaust 120mm.

Ok, so, the problem is i have this pc for a year now, and i've always had problems with temps. I know the reference r9 290 is not the best choice and it heats to 94 degrees. The ambiental temp in my room is ~89F, or ~31C. I know it's hot, but still, the CPU reaches 68 at 30% playing TERA for instance. I've tried everything in terms of airflow, i even stuck a 200mm fan to the wall to blow to the side of the PC. It seems to be even warmer when i close the case, so i leave it opened.

Idk what to do other than go water, but still, is it normal to be 68 degrees at 30% ?

Because you used the fx8350 with the asrock fx 990 extreme 3, which has lower power phase count, you got the wrong type cpu cooler, you should get the one like Noctua NH-L12, like the asrock recommend * For cooling the CPU and its surrounding components, please install a CPU cooler with a top-down blowing design. http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/990FX%20Extreme3/?cat=CPU
I recommend to buy other MB like Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P ( single GPU), Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0, or MSI 970 GAMING , something like those with more power phase count for the fx8350. Or just like you open the case and use the fan to cool it down.
