Hi guys, I have an XFX HD 4350 (http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150495) that will not fit in my current build unless I remove the heatsink. Would it operate safely if the heatsink was removed? I have adequate airflow and cooling in my case.

You should not operate the video card without a heatsink, period. It will result in damage to the video card and possibly other components, like the motherboard.

is it the same one in the link or not because the one in the link is low profile it should fit end of story as the dimensions are built to a spec. if its not that one the only solution is to get a low profile heatsink, but will be cheaper just to get a new gpu considering its about as cheap as gpu's come spec wise. spend 30 bucks and get a new gpu with a low profile heatsink, should fix your issues
