Help! (0xc00007b). Error with Mirrors edge >>> [NOT SOLVED!!!!!!!!!!] <<<

I Recently downloaded a game and when i ran it it said "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close application."

READ: Is there a way to fix it without running as a administrator?

Game: Mirrors Edge 1

Using a Win7 (Windows 7)

If your asking me to reinstall a program, please make sure it does not require Administrator rights!

More info: I Was done installing Mirrors edge, i wanted to play the game but this error came up "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close application." so i tried so much solutions that DONT NEED ADMIN but never work.

I Tried lots of solutions but they don't work
Its Probaly because i don't do ADMIN solutions...
If you can some how remove admin on a program and link it to me using "Mediafire , MEGA , filedropper , depositfiles" Or anything (I Really like MEGA links)
