hey guys i'm tired and cant decide...i can afford both but very affraid to OC.....i want high or ultra on 1080 for black ops 2 and (all other cod4,of course) and baf3,dishonored.....need serious help

If you don't want to OC and you can afford both, then I would go with the hd7950, it will play most, if not all your games maxed out. You can also squeeze out quite a bit of performance if you overclock it later on.
