So i have been using a generic PSU for 3 years and i never want to changed it, so now im having problems and i need to change it, so my question i want to know the best 5 PSU 600watts under 40 dollars in amazon price/quality (money issues).

My system:
m5a78lm plus MB
fx 6300
gtx 960
8gb ram ddr3
1tb seagate HDD
Optional:
just 4 fans inside the case

i use watts calculator of asus and my system just use 404w and recommended PSU is 600w.

what about this PSU?

No, you do not want any of the low-tier Thermaltake units. The only ones of theirs worth buying are some of the various Toughpowers at the high-end of their portfolio.

A quality 550W would be just fine; these types of calculators are generally garbage.

Under $40 is an unrealistic budget, unless you catch a (modern) Corsair CX at just the right time.

This, however, is a tremendous price for a tremendous PSU.
