Hi , even if u overclock your e4600 to 3.0Ghz and your planning on playing some high-end games , i recommend that u upgrade your cpu . And if can spend i little more , buy an AMD Phenom II X4 965 - 3.4 Ghz AM3 Black Edition.Talking about the card, for more 10£ u can buy a 550ti , a better card than the 6770 .

I'm a little confused as to what you mean by wondering if you should use the Intel or AMD CPU. Obviously you know you can't use both in the same board, right?
As far as the PSU is concerned, the 550ti draws a max of 152W. That relates to 12.67A @ +12V. The 6770 draws 9.1A at max. A Corsair CX 430 with its +12V rail rated at 28A should serve you fine for either card.

Here is a PSU calculator you may find handy: http://www.thermaltake.outervision.com/
