Help connect Fios thru RJ45 to upstairs room with older windows machine.

My Fios is downstairs. My old Win machine is upstairs without wireless. How do I get the signal to it. I'm thinking I tap into the RJ45 jack there, since the installer said all was now hot. But what to connect with?
