Alright, so this JUST began happening as soon as I got home.
My AOC CQ27G2 decided it was going to start doing some really weird junk.

I have funky horizontal lines in about 80% of the screen, ranging from the top half and bottom right of the monitor, but the bottom left seems to be safe... For now.
I tried reinstalling drivers now twice, and reinstalling/cleaning the contacts of my 2070 super.
This is present over both HDMI and Displayport.
Changed resolutions and refresh rates, restarting from a cold start and nothing seems to help.
I even went as far as to gently tap the panel with my knuckle in the offending areas and got nada.

Is my monitor about to croak? What do you suggest?

None of the artifacts are visible in screenshots, and the flickering in the video is not due to the camera, by the way.

Use GPU-Z and see if any values come up with a 0(zero). As for your panel, hook it up to a donor system and see if the issue crops up as well. If you do see the same issue then the issue is your panel/cable not the display source.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time?

Post was updated with full specs.
Unfortunately I'm without a donor system at the moment, but a spare monitor didn't show the same artifacting with the same cables tested over the same ports. GPU-Z showed up green on all.

I forgot to mention that I reset the monitor's settings and connected it to a different power source to no avail, but it seemed that the longer I left the monitor on, the problem subsided until I began using it again.
As in, when left for a while on a still image, the flickering and lines went away. Once used, they returned.

On another note, this problem seemed to be present months before this when Gsync was enabled on the monitor as well, but turning it off in Nvidia control panel fixed it.
As per, this is set to off as well. However, flicking it on or off has little to no effect.

So If I'm reading correctly your GPU is working ok than awesome. But bummer for the monitor. Is it still under warranty?
Absolutely not. Got it second hand in a trade and it's missing a screw on the mount, so they likely wouldn't honor it anyway. It seems to me like a new monitor is in order.

Not a huge deal as I was looking at getting a higher end IPS anyway, but darn. I was really hoping to use this as a second monitor.
