Question Help in detecting the cause of the squeaky sound

Hello all,
I am a newbie here.

I have built a desktop. I realized the PC makes a squeaky/scratching sound. It's like someone is grinding his teeth. The funny thing is I had a laptop Asus Zenbook UX490, which was making the same sound. I have uploaded a short video of this sound on YouTube. Could you please help me to detect the cause?

I doubt it's fan noise. One of my guesses is it could be Power supply's Coil noise, but I'm not so sure.
I don't have a HDD, Only M2 SSD.

Here is the spec of my PC:

AMD Ryzen 7 7700x
Asrock B650I Lightning WiFi
Gainward GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER Panther OC
Lexar NM790 1TB SSD
Corsair SF850L

Either PSU or GPU coil whine.

Open the side panel of the PC and put your ear to it, to locate exactly where the sound comes from.
