HELP...Looking for a new case

I'm loooking for a new case. right now i have a Antec Sonata (1), Its a great case but I want to give it to my dad.

Here's what I'm looking for:

All Aluminum, bottom mounted power supply, 120mm fans, no stupid doors or lights, under $200.

I love the new silvertone TJ-09 and was going to buy it but I cannot shell out that kind of cash for a case, just seems wrong.

Also the case has to work with my antec phantom 500 (little longer than normal PSU), and Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe (i think it cannot be upside down because of the cooling pipes...not sure?)

Any Ideas or should I just save more to pick up the TJ09

I love my Antec p160. I have the window but you may not want that.

This may be a long shot, but if you live in the SF Bay area, Fry's has the P180 on sale for $80 after rebated.

it hold 3 to 6 120mm fans
no lights
it has 2 power supply holders, 1 at top, 1 at bottom
it even has grilled/vented bottom to keep the ventelation going.
its big though....very big....and very though.....i weight 200 pounds and i sat on it. no joke
its the most functional case in my opinion and yeah air flow is very very very good.
