Which motherboard is better for a ryzen 5 3600:

MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX
ASUS TUF B450-PLUS GAMING

Im gonna be overclocking, and do i need to do a bios flash and can it be done without cpu, cuz I dont have one?

Of all those, only the Tomahawk MAX can you be confident does not need a BIOS flash. Every other one would also need a different CPU as you can't flash them with a Ryzen 3000 CPU.

As it so happens it's also one of the best, if not the best, for overclocking. Not that you should, but that's another post.
