Help me finish my gaming rig build :)

Hi guys,
So with lots of help here ive made some great progress on my "silent beast" build.

My requirements are power, silence, longevity and i dont think im going to overclock it. No liquid cooling as well, I cant be bothered worrying about it

Anyway heres what ive got:

CPU i7 3770 (for gaming and my other interests im going for the i7) $295

GPU - Asus 2g GTX680OC GTX680 DC20 2GDS $559

After Market Fan (Help with picking a really quiet one would be great!)
Choices so far:
1. Noctua CPU Cooler NH-U9B-SE2 $58
2. I was suggested the Hyper 212 EVO but both places im looking dont seem to stock it

PSU - (Again with quietness would love a hand! Also is 600W enough??)
Choices so far:
1. Antec NEO ECO 620C 620W Cont. Power ATX12V v2.3
2. Coolermaster M800W Modular Silent Pro GOLD $179
3. Aerocool STrike X 800W 80+ Silver True Power Supply $149

RAM (Not sure if the clock speed is the only consideration, recommendations?)

2. G Skill 32GB 1866MHz Ares (Doesnt sound like 32gig is worth spending more cash on) $189

Case:
1. Fractal DEsign R4 Titan (sounds like this one is better with the sound proofing and im likely to go with) $149
2. Antec P280 Black Super Mid Tower (I actually prefer the outside design on the Antec slightly) $135

Motherboard (My biggest issue with picking, im really interesting in peoples thoughts here!)
1. Gigabyte GA-X79S-UP5-WIFI Motherboard Socket 2011 $359
2. Asus P8Z77-V-Premium Motherboard $495
3. Asus Sabretooth X79 LGA2011

SSD - likely a samsung 256gb $285

If anyone has some thoughts, specially on motherboards, PSUs and coolers id really appreciate the input! Trying to keep the build to around $2500 Checking my prices with:

^ you posted X79 mobo which was different socket from 3770
you need lga 1155 for i7 btw be casreful you pick unlocked cpu. if you dont mean to pick this, you should pick 3770K <--- with K which has overclocking potential

I'm not really planning on overclocking so i7 3770 should be right I'm thinking. Any suggestions for a "price is no object" best motherboard? Also same for CPU coolers?

This is fine but drop the 670 for a 7970 would be my recommendation.

Unless you are using anymore then 2 video cards, then there is no advantages for a high end motherboard, and I would not recommend it. 150 is HARDCAP for a z77 board, and 250 is HARDCAP for z79. Any board over these caps are overpriced and possess no advantages. UNLESS you are using more then 2 video cards.

Hey guys im looking at these MoBos at the moments. any reccomendations for/against any of these or is it "which ever, they will all do" and just look at how many USB3/eSATA ports are on them?
