This could be related to a driver issue or perhaps even memory related.

You can run the driver verifyer tool here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/devtest/driver-verifier

You might also run checkdisk: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/w...ion/windows-commands/chkdsk?tabs=event-viewer

Whilst we're here, you might try sfcscannow, and DISM: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...up-image/db3b24de-a261-403e-9d11-8141d13f7954

I've already done all the steps you provide except driver verifyer. Will do and post a new reply.

Before using Driver Verifier make sure, you have System Restore enabled and make a Restore Point.
Driver Verifier can mess up your system badly.
