Question Can I lower down fan speed of my psu?

Hello everyone, I recently bought a second hand cooler master 850w silent pro. I put it on my testbench and the fan on the thing is pretty loud. Not a jet, but loud. Is there any way of lowering down the fan speed via software without opening up the power supply and/or changing the fan with a noctua one or something similar? This is because I do not feel confident enough to open up a psu.

No software and I'd advise not to play around with it unless you know what you are doing.

It is an old psu i think, searches point back to around 2009, info is difficult to find, mainly reddit posts and other consumer related discussions. If so, buying something that old wasn't wise really sorry to say.
