Question HELP ME!

I have been looking around for power supplies and I was looking for a reasonably priced bronze rated PSU from a decent brand. I decided to go with the Thermaltake Smart Bx1 80+ bronze rated power supply, it is 650w. I’ve read reviews and watched a couple of videos on this and they say that the capacitor is reliable and good and it is a good power supply but that’s only from 2 sources. But I can’t help thinking that it may not be good and it could surge etc. I think this is from a review I read on a Corsair PSU that people were reporting to combust or short out. IS MY PSU GOOD?!

My gpu and cpu are:
GTX 1660ti OC 6gb
Ryzen 5 2600
