i built for the first time so rate it from 1 to 10 and also tell which is better

The 2600K uses dual-channel memory, not triple channel, so get a 2x4GB kit.

Unless you are running applications that will take full advantage of the 2600K's hyper threading, I suggest you get a 2500K instead.

Also, it appears as though you are planning on running a 12GB (triple channel) kit. 1155 does support triple channel, so you will need to settle on a dual channel kit.

How do you intend to cool said build (water or air cooling). If you plan to air cool, then I would have a look at another case. The 800D is great for water-cooling, but not so much for air cooling.

You likely wont need a sound card, seeing as the Maximus IV Extreme already has a very competent on-board chip.

If I had to rate your builds, in terms of performance I would give them a 80%-85%. But, in terms of practicality I would have to give a 50%-60%.

I'm not sure what you intend to do with this build (video/graphical/sound design and editing?) but they both seem to be a quite a bit over-kill.
