Hello I need help, I purchased this pc from mwave and I have been running into problems with it recently.

After using the pc for a few minutes the monitor turns off?! And I hear the fans running very loudly. To fix it I normally fully turn it off but it continues to happen frequently.

Also sometimes the monitor doesn't turn off but the fans make very loud noises for a few minutes

How to fix it?

Intel Core i5 10600KF 6 Core 12 Threads up to 4.80GHz CPU cooled by a high performance liquid cooler - Gigabyte B560 Gaming Chipset - Antec Katana RGB 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 Memory up to 3600MHz - Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2060 6GB Graphics Card - Primary Storage: Seagate 500GB NVMe M.2 SSD - Secondary Storage: Seagate 2TB 7200RPM HDD - 2.5 Gigabit LAN - WiFi 802.11AX - Bluetooth V5.0 - AMP-UP 7.1 HD Audio

That really sounds like a thermal shutoff to me, the fact its shutting down very quickly suggests the CPU or GPU cooler isnt working properly so booting up the pc causes it to overheat and immediately shut off.

The closest thing I could find that looks like the Cpu cooler is Antec Neptune 120 ARGB liquid CPU cooler and i had 2 but only 1 of it works since I first got it back in 2021 and it came with Gigabyte B560 Gaming Chipset should I install that to help
the Earthwatts(EA) Gold Pro series are very low quality.

it wouldn't surprise me if this unit cannot provide necessary power to keep the system running properly.
What should I get then but i don't know how to install it if I get a new one

you should take this system to a local computer/electronics shop that offers repair services and have them diagnose your current problem and repair.

but, you will probably want to purchase the new PSU online first to possibly save some money and make sure they don't just give you another low quality alternative.
