i am buying a pc from cyberpower that i have customized myself and i just wanna know if it will play every game out there at highest settings. resoluton 1900 . 1080. any help appreciated. i am paying 1900 dollars for it.is it worth it.and dont tell me to build ur own.

Yeah, you don't need water cooling for a non-OC CPU. You will never get it hot enough to make air cooling insufficient. Hell, I use air for my OCed I2500K and it never gets too hot.
1050W is definitely overkill unless you plan on getting another GTX680 to SLI.

Lastly, check out Tom's CPU recommendations. You can get away with a I2500K, which hits the sweet spot for performance and OC-ability and you can save a lot of cash.

In fact, Tom has the builder's guide right now, check it out and see what they throw in there.

Water cooling for a non-overclockable chip? Go with one of the 3570K/3770K builds.
1050W is overkill for a single 680. 750W is plenty.
Get one of the Intel smart response technology drives to boost HD performance.
