Question Help, No display 2nd Scrn, New GT 1030 GPU

hi,
please help, im getting No display/detection on my 2nd Screen, with my 2nd hand Gigabyte GT 1030 GPU.

My second monitor is = ViewSonic VA2261-2 - LED monitor - 22'' (21.5'' viewable) - 1920 x 1080 Full HD (1080p) @ 60 Hz - TN - 200 cd/m² - 600:1 - 5 ms - DVI-D, VGA.

I'm trying to get display using vga cable with a DVI-D splitter on the GPU end, as no vga on gt1030, and i also dont have a dvi cable.

i get nothing displayed, plz help, tanks

my pc spec is = Intel G6400, 16gb ram 2x8, ssd+1tb hdd, ASock H410M-HVS, etc

ok, so what you're saying is it doesn't/won't ever work with splitters, period/defacto..?? or am i just not using the right combination of splitters etc? For the record please.... im new to having 2 screens lol always just used the one.

hi, i enabled it in the bios set 64mb shared memory + tried auto, and still i get nothing no detection zero display through the vga cable. 2nd monitor.

plz help again thanks
