Hey all,
so today i realised i had to re-apply my thermal paste on my cpu but now the pc wont boot properly.
In more detail, I saw my temps were over 60 C while doing nothing on my pc and went out bought thermal paste, came back took everything apart. I also have to add i removed my cpu to clean it properly because i couldnt get to every area... I put everything back and try to boot, it starts normaly runs with some fan noise for a few seconds and then shuts down, and boots again.
TLDR - replaced thermal paste pc now cant boot properly.
What i already checked for:
-Bent pins
-if power was going to cpu and cpu_fan
-if psu is working
-vga cables
-took the gpu out and tried it like that
Specs
CPU>intel 2 duo e8500
MOBO>gigabyte ga-ep35c-ds3r
GPU>gtx 660 direct cu 2
RAM>6gb ddr2 (2x1gb 2x2gb)
OS>Win7 ultimate
Thanks in advance
