Question Help! Stuck at Motherboard splash screen

Yesterday the computer was working fine but today, on boot, it got stuck at the motherboard's splash screen the commands(such as F2 or F11) are unresponsive. I have tried what some other threads suggested, removing one stick of ram at a time (which resulted iin the same problem) or both stick of ram (resulted in not getting to that screen at all). I have tried disconnecting the hard drives, but it also led to the same problem. is this a motherboard problem? If so, how can I try to fix it?

2x4GB DDR3 ram
1TB HDD + 2 laptop HDDs
