Advice for a good motherboard for LGA1151 cpu socket, ddr4, with 288pin dimm not over 220$?

Depends on CPU, also there are essentially two LGA1151 sockets that are not compatible with each other. So without knowing what CPU you will use, no advice can be given.

correct, we will need to know what CPU you plan to get or already have. with the 3 generations of intels LGA1151 CPU's they will not all work on every motherboard with that socket
