Hello. I have This Packard Bell Easynote ls11hr. I want to use the dedicated amd radeon hd 6470m not the intel hd 3000. Any help will be much appreciated!!

The windows default balanced power plan should use the discrete adapter when plugged in, and the integrated adapter when on battery to save run time.

The radeon software should have an option to use dedicated regardless if you want.

Was it working before? It ought to be working when needed unless it's failed. It's a very old laptop, so it wouldn't be surprising if the non-integrated GPU has failed.

Look at packard bell support first.
They may have proprietary software that is needed.

Or, look at downloading the 6470m drivers directly from amd.
