I am on day two with first pc build ever, and while trying to overclock a Ryzen 5 2600 on an Aorus Gaming 5 Wifi (rev1) x470 board, i get 3.8 Ghz, but when i go to run cinebench 20, my monitors go dark and my mouse and keyboard's lights go off, and the computer is unresponsive. The lights and fans stay on in the case, though. The only option i have at that point is to power off my computer, allbeit with the case power button. i will add pics of my bios settings below. any help?

Ryzen 5 2600
Aorus x470 gaming 5 wifi rev 1 (bios f40)
Coolermaster MWE Gold 650 watt
Corsair Vengence Pro 2x8gb DDR4-3000
amd wraith stealth cooler
Gigabyte Rx Vega 56 gaming OC

That Good?
There's not much you can do without better cooler, my guess is that whatever OC you can achieve with up to 1.3v will be a practical limit. So, cooler is going to be most important factor. There are very cheap aftermarket coolers that would suffice for even best OC with 2600.
For instance https://www.lc-power.com/en/product/cpu-cooler/lc-cc-120-rgb/ or any in that class (4 heat pipes and 120mm fan).
