Hi,

I am building a custom PC from a customize PC website and have customized a couple of parts. Can someone please have a quick look to see if these parts are all compatible?

Also, if there are any parts that are not recommended, do say.

I would suggest these following changes:

PSU - get a better one. Gigabyte has not made a good psu yet. NZXT C 1000 from seasonic - https://www.pbtech.co.nz/product/PSUNZX1900/NZXT-C-Series-V2-1000W-Power-Supply-80-Plus-Gold

The GPU model is a baseline model from Gigabyte. Might as well go for a cheaper option - PNY XLR8 https://www.pbtech.co.nz/product/VGAPNY14093/PNY-GeForce-RTX-4090-XLR8-GAMING-Uprising-EPIC-X-R

The 13900K is a hot running chip. a 360mm rad for about the same price - https://www.pbtech.co.nz/product/WTRLAN1014/Lian-Li-Galahad-360-White-with-SL120-AiO-Water-Coo

There are some recent issues with pro series models from samsung, go for the cheaper evo models. 3500mbps is still good enough for most tasks unless you are a creator.

Frankly speaking, not a big fan of gigabyte. but thats just me.
Buy the ASRock Z790 LiveMixer ATX Form Factor For Intel 12th/13th GEN LGA1700... ( Z790 LiveMixer ) online - PBTech.co.nz

That Asrock board has some pretty weak VRM's for an unlocked 13 gen i9. Those cpu's are known power hogs.
