I have an old TiVo Series 2 that I've gutted.
I found an i7 2600k 95W 3.4GHz CPU on sale for $199, so I snagged it.
I was going to install that in the TiVo case with:
ASRock H67M-ITX motherboard
Original TiVo hard drive with an SATA adapter
Case fan
The system won't be overclocked, but it will do tons of transcoding of video, some hi-def. Most of the video will be output on the network adapter via DLNA vs the HDMI of the motherboard.
The tiny Habey 120W PSU would work best for space constraints, but will it be enough power?

The TiVo case is the killer for power supply size.
