help with shutdown

i am able to connect sometimes with msn. but once i am on
a box comes on and says 59 seconds to shutdown ! and it
does shutdown when it hits 1 second. what is wrond with
my computer? also, the times i can't connect it says i
have no internet connection. but i do. whats wrong?

You most likely have Sasser or Blaster.
