Question Help With System Bottleneck

Hi Guys , Well 2 weeks ago my GPU burned up and the repair guy put a GT 630 and im still waiting for the 3080 ti to get repaird , and probably i have a lot of bottleneck , any simple way to make it better ? untill my GPU Gets Fixed Up

How have you figured "a lot of bottleneck" ?

Simply due to having to use the GT630?
There is nothing you can do except turn down the graphics settings, and suffer through it, until the replacement comes.

well i got the awnser very soon thanks , but man i did play with some crappy Gpu's like gt740M i know the pain . but i wanted to know if there is a way to make the performance better . and this is my rig right now :

1080p Wide Screen
Ryzen 7 5800x
Asus Tuf X570
32G 3600mhz ram Corsair
GT630 i think its gigabyte
850w PSU Green

And For Example I Opened Up Stormworks and the CPU was at 10 - 20% and GPU was 87% - 100% | at 1024x768 with lowest settings possible
