So everything is good, just a better psu

Quick q, is the only difference between the 9900k and the 9900kf just the integrated gpu

No difference other than the KF has no integrated GPU.

The GPU can be used for a few things.
IGPU can be used for troubleshooting faulty hardware.
IGPU can be used to drive another monitor without using dedicated GPU.
IGPU be used for Quicksync to accelerate video editing.
The IGPU can be used to encode streams, allowing for faster game streaming.
