Question Hi my pc wont type c and 3.

Hi the other day out of nothing it started not doing anything when i type c and 3, the on screen keyboard works but the actual keys does nothing. the 3 key works on the numberpad, and i have tried other keyboards and they dont work either, but ctrl + c does work, pls help.
My specs:
Motherboard: Ms-7708
Cpu: Intel core i3- 550
Gpu: amd Radeon hd 5670
Ram: dual channel 4 gb total pc3-10600 ddr3 sdram
Hdd: 1,5 tb
OS: Windows 10 home premium
I have tried troubleshooting and it found nothing.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS.

What keyboards (make and model) are you using?

If Windows 10 try the computer's built in troubleshooters. The troubleshooters may find and fix something.
