Question Hi What cann I do about this?

So im having networking issue, still have the same internet provider and 100mbs. Everything worked fine untill I wanted to upgrade to Intel. I thought it was the board so I sent it back and ended up capping the whole ordeil. Now im back on my old platform and ever since i went back on it the pc still hase the same issues. Cant play mw3 cant play halo multiplar crazy lag and game crasches whatever game i play. Slow download speeds download Failiures and so on. I tried using lan on my when I was upgrading to intel atleast on Intel it worked but like I sayd, I never had issues with Wifi its just since then I cant game at all (Multiplayer) Maybe because I bought the Intel Board and the Amd board used???. Specs:

X570 Chroshair Viii Hero
32 gb vengeance 4x8gb
2 2,5 ssd / 2 Nvme all 500gb
Phanteks Nv7
msi meg s360 aio
be quiet pure power 12m 850w
Zotac 4070 amp airo

Have you restarted your router/cable modem recently?

Are you using a 2.4 or 5GHz network? Do any other devices have similar issues?

What are your speedtest.net results?
