after formating the computer i have installed McAfee antivirus but the problem i could not remove because i want to install kaspersky 2012 and McAfee is not working and when i click on to add or remove it saying value creation failed at 451. please help me to remove this software.

If you have problems removing antivirus software, login as administrator or better login in safemode [when computer starts spam F8 key and choose Safe Mode with Networking] then try to uninstall the program you want to remove.

If you still cannot remove it try this free program
