Hi,
Lately I've been having this issue of explorer.exe having very high CPU usage (~30%), restarting explorer.exe fixes this - temporarily - I want to fix this permanently, I've already done a few things, here's what i've done so far:

Create new User account to see if CPU usage still high - it was still high.
Restarting explorer.exe - which fixes it temporarily.
Closing any possible background program that I am not using - Didn't change anything.
Check desktop icons with no icon (idk it said it on a post) - didn't have any.
SFC scan
Optimize/cleannup drives.

Does anybody have any idea of what I could try doing?

I'm having issues with Windows taskbar too and I think it's 'explorer.exe' related. I'm running a high speed i9, which is incredibly good, but something is really off with Windows... lately.
