[SOLVED] High CPU usage and high CPU temperatures?

I have a ryzen 5 1600, 16gb ram, 1650 super, and I’ve been playing rainbow six siege and getting cpu usage of 60-90 and temps of 70-78C. I play lowest settings and get about 160 average but I’m worried about the lifespan of my cpu.
Idk if this is relevant but i just have a 240gb ssd at the moment.

if possible get yourself a better CPU cooler and it's also possible to increase the airflow in your case by either adding fans or increasing rpm's on exist ing ones,

How do you increase rpm

There should be software to download for your specific brand of fans that you are using so that you can adjust the rpm of your fans. Also, it should allow you to set a bottom end and top end in terms of what your fans idle at and what they increase to based on the tasks you are running. In some cases, you can also adjust the fans in the BIOS for your motherboard.
