Hello everyone,

My problem is, as said in the title, that whenever I spam my right click, thus getting the context menu, my cpu usage rises from a steady 16-20% (It's that high because of all the widgets on my desktop, Razer Synapse and the program for my mouse) to a whopping 70-80%. My cpu usage also rises ~10% when I right click once. If anybody needs anymore information, I'll be glad to give it to you!
Specs:
OS: Windows 10
CPU: i5-8600k, not overclocked
RAM: 16GB

I'll be providing screenshots, but it ís in Dutch
Edit: I also added a screenshot of my context menu in the link above.

List your specs like so:
CPU: i5-8600k @ 3,60GHz
Motherboard: MSI Z370 A-PRO
Ram: Ballistix DDR4 16GB 2400MHz
SSD/HDD: Samsung 860 EVO
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB MSI GAMING X
PSU: 500W Gold PSU (*)
Chassis: Skiller SGC1
OS: Windows 10 1809 build

(*) I'm not sure how this is relevant, but I'll mention it anyways. One thing is that I'm not really keen to take my PC apart so this is from what I remember.
Which BIOS version are you on?

I looked up how to do this and it said to enter a command in the command prompt.
All I got what this:
SMBIOSBIOSVersion
2.30

I can't really make anything up from that, but I hope you can.
