Question High Cpu Usuage When playing older graphic game

95%100% cpu usuage. here is my setup

What is your CPU usage during system idle after you've booted into OS GUI? Are you seeing the same issue with other titles? Your thread doesn't mention much apart from two screenshots.

its just the game client runs high cpu usuage causing lag
cpu: amd a4 6300 with raedon graphics 2 cpu's 3.7ghz
gpu:amd raedon r7 370 strix
ram:12
os:windows 8 64bit
